Way of the Groove, the Florida jazz combo of Felix Pastorius, Colin James, Julius Pastorius, and Adam Lucas, came together following a gig celebrating the late Jaco Pastorius in late 2002. In the band, Colin James plays sax and keyboards, Felix plays Pastorius plays the electric bass, Julius Pastorius mans the drums, and Adam Lucas is the guitarist. On April 28, 2007, the group celebrated its fourth anniversary with a special show at the Alligator Alley in Oakland Park, FL, where the group has a weekly gig on Wednesdays.
